The hotel has a very central location and sits on the edge of Piazza G. Verga. We arrived by car and were told that the car park was full even though the hotel website advertises on site parking. Love this hotel. Great location, big, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent bar staff! Very clean room with tub and shower, king sized bed.... Excellent:) very close to everything. Perfect view of Mt Etna from my balcony on the third floor.

A crap hotel with no air condition. I am lying on my bed sweating, time now 03.21 hrs. Notice on balcony door instructs you not to open because of Mosquitos. It's a nightmare! The Hotel is in very good in central position of Catania City. Very clean and large room with an enormous great king size bed ever seen in my life, but needs some updated in the near future. Breakfast is very good you can have outside in the garden with Champagne most morning.

Check in was quick and easy. Great rooms, clean and spacious with a balcony. My room on the 4th floor had a wonderful view of Mt. Etna! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and most spoke English. Breakfast was extremely large with something to please everyone.

Hotel is situated in a very good location however it definitely needs some refurbishment or at least the rooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor definitely do. Breakfast was quite good for an Italian hotel.

Stayed here overnight on business. Check-in was easy and quick. Receptionist spoke very good English. Rooms were larger than I expected and was very pleased.
