We intended to stay five days in Palermo and decided to stay two days more at this Hotel. The Staff was wonderful and attentive. The location was perfect for us. Close to the markets, Museums, restaurants, shops, and the Airport Bus. Fresh Coffee from a great barista was superb with the morning breakfast. We would come back and stay at...

I stayed there for a total of 3 nights and thought the hotel was perfectly nice, the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly, and special shout out to their barrista who made me cappucino molto caldo every morning. I walked everywhere from the hotel - and whenever I get lost, I just ask people for help. Everyone...

We stayed 3 nights and we really enjoyed the location (at the border of old and new town, near by shops and most turistic attractions), the staff was very friendly, room clean and confortable. Only thing negative is the poor breakfast.

Stayed 7 nights in March-April 2012. Spacious rooms; some of those suitable for families with children.
We liked the tiled floors, which were cleaned daily. All the premises of the hotel were very clean. Two corners off the hotel there´s one of the best confectionaries in Palermo, beautiful café Spinnato, where you could get delicious pastries, icecream, drinks etc. Daytime even...

Hotel Tonic is situated on a side street a few minutes walk from a quaint piazza. Our party stayed a total of 7 nights and booked a total of 6 standard rooms. Although the rooms and bathrooms would benefit from an upgrade, the staff at reception and the entrance/hall way/staircases were certainly things to be commended. The breakfast was adequate...

LOCATION. The hotel is located in a side street of Via Roma, it's about 10 minutes to walk to Teatro Massimo und about 20-30 minutes to walk to the central station (alternatively you can take a bus of course). After the shops have closed (between 6 and 8 pm) the area gets rather quiet.
If you come back to the...

Not far from Theatre Massimo and other sites, and with a lot of shops nearby. The rooms were not very comfortable and the beds extremely hard. The breakfast room was nice and the coffee really excellent. The staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed four nights in total at the Tonic - our standard room was comfortable, clean and roomy.
Many sites are within easy walking distance.
Staff very welcoming and helpful, this includes the breakfast room staff. Breakfast was decent and coffee excellent.
The tiny TV was a long way from the bed.
Be prepared to carry your bags up and...

Close to most of the major sites, good restaurants nearby, excellent staff- very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the hard mattresses. Overall a great value.
