Don't expect five-star rooms and breakfast but what you get for this price is really good. Service at the reception was very good as well. And the restaurant overlooking the harbour was just perfect. Internet use is a bit strange. 24 Hours (which is 11 euros) means you can use internet for 24 full hours while it looks like it...

Affordable and centrally located hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Short walk from hotel to shopping and restaurants. The hotel needs renovation, seemed tired all over.

I was in Palermo partecipating to our Pharma yearly South Italy convention, venue the Quality Hotel.

We had a renovated room sea view pretty big and clean.
Being a chain-hotel it did not have a precise personality, except for the italian staff: reception, bar-ladies, waiters, very good breakfast and dinners and the always smiling women cleaning the room.
