Would give 7 stars if possible. Exquisite property and grounds but best of all is the staff. From David the doorman, Anna the PR exec, Luca the GM to housekeeping every member of the staff tried to make our stay the best possible experience. I stayed on two separate occasions. The first room was fabulous, the continental breakfast great! The second room was not as good as the first and some items from the breakfast were missing which when queried were supplied. Overall WE were happy with our hotel experience.
