We stayed at Leopardi in September. (Yes, it's a little hike up the stairs.) The place has been redone so perfectly! The rooms and baths are beautiful. Karin is so gracious and helpful-she does everything she can to help. Lots of conveniences, like cold AC and great Wifi. Excellent location, close to everything. Thanks again, Karin for making our short... More

Located in golden area for tourists, and classical style impressed us at first sight. The room was little bigger than the picture on web, and the bathroom is quite clean and modern. You may get almost everything there, self-service kitchen & icebox. Karin will kindly provide you the detailed routine for you and recommendations. I can`t help but highlight the... More

We spent 2 nights in Florence at this B&B and were not disappointed. The owner was so helpful and sweet -- pointed us to local restaurants and helpful information about the area. The rooms are cleanand the bathrooms are modern. The only issue I had with this place is that there is no elevator, so if you're not able to... More

We were a group of 4 and stayed for two nights in Fanny and Sylvia and loved the accomodations. Both rooms were large, beautifully decorated, updated, clean and had modern bathrooms. It is in a great location next to all that you want to see and do and in a quiet part of the city. The proprietor was so accomodating... More

I spent a weekend at Casa Leopardi in the "Fanny" room (on my own). The proprietor is a marvellously friendly and welcoming young lady who really couldn't be more helpful. Due to a complication with some planned accommodation with friends, I had to find a place to stay myself on the day I was flying out, and everything was sorted... More

We loved Casa Leopardi. Our room (Sylvia) and bathroom were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location within a short walk to all the major sights. Do note that the building has no elevator so you would need to carry bags up four flights, but for us this was not too much of an issue. The proprietor Karin was lovely,... More

As a premise I'd like to say that I'm Italian but I've been living in the UK for several years. Due to my job I frequently travel between the UK and Italy. Luckily, I get to stay in some nice hotels all around Italy. I've just come back from Florence where I spent a couple of days with my boyfriend.... More

My mom, a friend of hers, and I all stayed at Casa Leopardi this past weekend! We had an amazing time in Florence and a wonderful stay at this Casa. From the beginning the owner, Karen, was so kind and helpful! She waited for us to get there until almost midnight on Friday night as our plane got in late.... More

...if we have less luggage :-) This is a truly excellent B&B! The staff (hospitable, friendly, helpful), the room (we stayed for 2 nights in Fanny), the cleanliness, were all excellent! The only flaws for my wife and I who were on a 2-week trip around Italy was that there are no elevators so we had to bring our bags... More
