The hotel is in a Renaissance building opposite the Ospedale dei Innocenti in Piazza Santissima Annunziata. The rooms are full of character, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast could have been better, and our bathroom was a little quirky but overall we much enjoyed our stay.

after reading great reviews in travel magazines we booked here. The room we got had an old bed and one small window. Not comfortable. Expected much more for the price. However, they were nice enough to let us cancel the remainder of our reservation. Location is fabulous...short walk to the Duomo.

The hotel logiato dei servi was fantastic. The rooms are simple, having been a monastery, but give you everything you need. The bathroom is a shower and toilette in one, where it is fully tiled, the shower head is on the wall and a central drain takes all the water away. They provide shampoo, soap and lotion, but not conditioner.... More
