Had four nights here in May. Lovely central location, friendly staff and will stay again soon. We liked the bedroom, the breakfasts were good and the new Happy Hour sessions were great. You can get to all of the sights of Florence really quickly too. Highly recommended. Next time we visit Florence we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is very well located for sight seeing and especially high end shopping. This is a very conveniently located hotel for the main tourist attractions of this beautiful city. Room was very large but the bathroom was long and very narrow. Hot water was not very hot and there is no wireless Internet in the room. Asked the concierge about Segway trips and she never even called me back! Bar service is good... More

I like it so much. The hotel is amazing every time we come in Florence! We were here 10 times I guess ... Rooms are very comfortable and high designed.
