I stayed here recently with friends while attanding a wedding in Florence. Lovely rustic hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially when it came to finding all the various locations that we were to be in for the wedding! The coffee at breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return if in Florence again :) More

Good location and 10 minute walk to the train station. NIce old hotel which they said was castle. Very professional staff in the front desk. Stylish rooms, a lot of space, friendly and helpful staff. The view from my room window was so pretty overlooking the roofs of Florence which according to law have to be of the same type and colour. Location is good - it is 2 min walk to the Duomo. Rooms are small. Bathroom was decent size. Breakfast was ok. For the price and location it is okay. Tip: Don't go into the restaurant opposite to this hotel. They put up a good deal but food quality is poor. More

we were given two beds one extremly soft and one extremely hard..making it very hard to put the two together. The shower did not work in the morning due to lack of water pressure from everyone else showing at the same time. Staff was friendly, brunch was good. Great location More

This is a nice little hotel, close to the main things to see in Florence. It is quite old, and the decor is old as well, but clean. The breakfast was of fair size and of good quality. The cappuccinos were excellent. Very close to the train station. All in all a nice hotel. More
