Central location - close to the Arno and Piazza Santa Maria Novello. Staff was very helpful and spoke enough English. Room was large with good closets, and windows were double glazed, so street noise was not a problem. The bathroom fixtures were new, except for the very tiny shower. Breakfast offered good choices.
