All the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and organised. The room was very very nice and well cleaned, very comfy beds. Excellent hotel and location. Very quiet and accessible to the centre of Florence. Easy to walk to from the railway station. Will recommend to friends and relatives.

Great location! We love to walk and were able to to the Academy of fine arts as well as all the shops. Florence is the place to buy leather & gold.. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of menu items. The rooms were clean and pleasant.

It's difficult to find fault with the Kraft Hotel Florence. The rooms are very comfortable (we were upgraded so I can only speak for the rooms on the front of the hotel) and we also had a balcony which made a difference, although you could hear the guests in the rooms next door occasionally.
