The hotel is a bit far from the center, but the complementary shuttle was a huge help. After a couple of days in Florence I appreciate the location of the hotel. Friendly and professional staff and Renato in the restaurant made our trip really enjoyable, great guy.

Stayed at the Novotel Firenze Nord the day before flying out of Italy. Was impressed by the staff in particular. They were quite warm and welcoming, especially at breakfast. After an amazing visit to Rome and Firenze, our last night was spent at Novotel by the airport. Very clean and organized, good shuttle service and very lovely breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Room was small, but cozy and quiet..great bed, good shower!! Will explore this chain for future travel.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a 6 day visit to the area. The room we were in did not reflect a four star hotel (more like 3). However this was compensated for by the staff who are excellent.
