The hotel is convienent to everything. The staff is very good and the views from the restaurant are amazing. Breakfast each day was included and very good with more options than usual. very traditional italian, antiques, high ceilings. If you want modern you will not like this hotel

The hotel is in a great location, minutes walking from many of Florence's sites. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with great view of the city. Hotel staff very helpful, but concierge desk could have been more friendly. Rooms are small but adequate. Would definitely stay there again.

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a fabolous hotel! The receptionist are really friendly and helpfull and the rooms are very clean! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and the train station!
