Quiet, comfortable and large rooms make this a great place to stay while in Florence. The location is terrific, right on a piazza with plenty of sites nearby including a quick walk to the train station. Food was very good and hotel staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed here four nights in a lovely room that was very quiet with a great sunny afternoon view. Service from the staff was great, friendly, and plenty of English speaking personnel. Linens are very nice also and there is free wii fii in the rooms. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with friendly service. Nice clean well appointed room, not large but very comfortable. Great location, great food and a nice location within walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast was a full american breakfast.
