We stayed for 3 nights and found the staff extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is wonderfully situated for all the main sights and the central market. We had a room on the 5th floor and walked through the upstairs Sitting Room to get there. The view of the Duomo from there is great.

Stayed here for four nights before heading off to Pisa.
