Really just a 2 star hotel. Furniture is cheap. Rooms are dark. Reminded me of a college dorm room.. Internet was extremely unreliable.. Only one pillow on the bed, small bathroom.. Location and the breakfast are really the only thing going for it.. I would spend the extra cash for a nicer hotel..

The hotel personel was friendly and the hotel is at walking distance from Duomo and all other main attractions. The rooms are cozy and breakfast was good.
We advise this hotel for a confortable family stay.
The main problem was the difficulty in finding where to park the car and all places are paid.

This is a very good hotel if you want to be away from the crowds. It is about 15 minutes walking distance to the musems and other tourist attractions in Florence. Very close to amenities such as a launderette, grocery store, and not too far from the main train station. We stayed in their quad-room and it was comfortable, but...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and did not enjoy our stay. Our room was large but uncomfortable and when the air con was on, the lights would flick off occasionally. In the end we stopped using the air con. The hotel has an arrangement with a local garage re parking. The night before we left we asked...

We came to Florence from Rapallo. The moment we entered the city, we did not like it at all. Sea and sun, was the thing that we were missing. But since it was late and we already checked in at the hotel, we decided to stay.
The hotel is not located in the heart of Florence, although it is in...

The hotel is situated at the end of Via Nationale which is about a 15 minute walk from the main Maria Novella station. We did infact take a taxi costing E8.50 to the hotel on our arrival at the station but we could quite easily have walked. The hotel staff were very friendly and were willing to accomodate us in...

My family spent two nights in the quadruple room at the Hotel Bonifacio. For a quadruple room, the room was tight. The Hotel is not particularly centrally located: as noted on their website, the hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the train station. In fact, it's also a fifteen minute walk from most sights, although that wasn't a significant...

I stayed here with my wife and parents this past January and we were very pleased. We were able to get a quad room for a good price and weren't disappointed. It's within walking distance of the train station (we walked there and took a cab back the next morning) and there are some good restaurants pretty close by. The...

After a bad experience in another location, it was pure luck to find this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the evenings were quiet, with our room overlooking a quiet residential area. The breakfast buffet was more than adaquate and the staff very helpful.
