The hotel is extremely well located. We had a split level, spacious room over looking the Arno. The room is well appointed. Breakfast was adequate and there is a nice roof top bar. Concierge survive was satisfactory.

This is a great hotel to stay in Florence. Very well situated near the Rialto Bridge, the Duomo, museums and many fine restaurants. The breakfast is lovely and served in a museum quality room. Ask for a room with a view of the Duomo and have a cocktail on the roof.

We had a wonderful few days in Florence, and will definitely return to this hotel! Enjoyed the gorgeous Tower junior suite, overlooking the Arno. Don't expect an uninterrupted view as this hotel is right next to the arches of the Vasarian Corridor, but that adds to the charm as we were less than two minutes from the Uffizi and Palazzo...

Stayed in two hotels this trip. Both very good (very close by each other).
Room was fine - and like other hotel I have just reviewed, we got a good price on internet so didn't go for or get room over river. That said, the sun came in through open window in evening which was lovely. Staff helpful.
