On our third visit, having left my keys in London, it took Egino (Rossi) only two hours to trrack down a duplicate key to a 1980s Delsey case. We thoroughly endorse everything your other reviewers have written. The staff were incredibly helpful and even affectionate and the fact that they have been there for the last two years says everything.
