Great location near the heart of the historic center. Very nice rooms; clean, quiet and lovely. Fantastic service by the owners: Luciano and Alessandro really helped us a lot with tipps and hints and - of course - with the search for our lost luggage. If we ever get back to tuscany: will will stay there again.

Luciano, Suzie and Alessandro were the perfect hosts. The customer service was second to none. Since I can't sleep when it's dead silence, Luciano went as far letting me borrow a fan. He also allowed me to borrow his laptop to change reservations for upcoming accommodations. I would highly recommend The Bellevue House when visiting Florence.

Great deal. I'd stay there again. Location was good, cleanliness excellent, value excellent, room was large. The only down side, the room was 4 floors up and no elevator. The owners went out of their way to help us out.
