Warm welcome with secure apartments with balcony. Rooms are clean in a hostel type environment however the best part of the stay was personal satalite tv/foxtel with most programs in English, pc and Internet on the desk, wi-fi, balcony, fridge and a/c. Really close to the train station but not noisy and a great reasonably priced place to stay.

Maison de Charme is an excellent hotel in Florence. Each room came with a flat screen tv, computer, wireless internet, free calls to U.S., private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The reception office was very helpful with questions and booking reservations. We were able to skype them 24 hours a day.

All main sites were easily accessible yet it was very convenient for the train station. The hotel had many more facilities than expected & the owner & staff were very pleasant & helpful. There is a small lift for those who find stairs difficult. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay.

Yes, they offer a bed and a breakfast but it is not a B&B in the traditional American definition.
