Beware. They say free wifi - we had it for about 2 hours over a three day stay. No apologies, discount or free breakfast offered. The hotel is 3 stories and the lift only goes to the 1st floor. I stayed here for 1 night. It was easy to find, small rooms but for €27 it was awesome. The bathroom was newly renovated and had an amazing shower! The beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet and easy access to central Florence and the train station. Overall a great experience. More
