The easiness of staying at the wonderfully situated Casa Pucci is examplified by the availability of the kitchen at all times for making a hot drink. Plenty of trattorias nearby of which we would recommend the Dell Orto. The churches of Santo Spirito and del Carmine, both essential viewing, are just along the road. We would return here for sure.

Casa Pucci was a perfect base for our two nights in Florence. 15 minutes walk from the train station, quiet street, amazing old building (built in 1400s as a convent), and lovely hosts. A large room, spotlessly clean, luxurious linens, big modern bathroom...a real delight. Good self-serve breakfast, nice inner garden courtyard - pity we only had two nights.

The best thing about Casa Pucci is the owner is a sweetheart. She seems to really care about the people staying in the B&B. The garden area is cute, the rooms are pretty big. The showers are a bit small but it's manageable. Overall, we liked the location - it was close enough to everything we wanted to do.
