Highly recommend the Junior Suite, if you get a free upgrade. It's worth it.
Breakfast is good, but I wish there were more choice.
Not the most central (depending on how you see Florence), but definitely a quiet hotel ideal for a romantic getaway.

We were offered an upgrade to what is called the Presidential Suite , by " only" additional €200 a night. We were tired, did not think well, so we took it... Detail, the one that " sold" it to us, mentioned that breakfast was included in the additional tariff. Summary, the smell of the bathroom was so bad that spoiled...

Beautiful hotel with very beautiful rooms in the center of Florence. The only negative thing I have to say is that i can't understand why every 2 star hotel has free Internet and a 5 star plus hotel charges 14 euro per day. Nevertheless a great stay.

When we arrived, our room was ready and we had a very warm welcome.
The check in process included a visit to the hotel facilities since it was a Palace which was a surprise for us.
The room was a little bit small but the view was fantastic.
The only drag is the noise because of the wooden floors and...

I selected this hotel based on the fact it's a Baglioni hotel - a known Italian brand of hotel - known for discreet service. It is within a 10 min walk from the Arno, the Rebublica Square and the museums, yet it is in a much quieter spot than many of the other 5* hotels, and feels all the more...

This hotel was a palazzo and it shows. The public rooms are charming and befitting a palazzo. The best part of the rooms, besides the views on upper floors, is the wonderful modern marble baths. The service was excellent, the breakfast delicious....a complete buffet and cooked to order items as well. The location is wonderful, mere minutes from Santa Croce...

We were in Florence for 3 days in April, 2012, stayed at the Relais Santa Croce and loved our experience there. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They made recommendations for dinner, tours and were very, very pleasant. Our room was terrific. We had a portal window with a view of the Cathedral Santa Croce. The room was well...

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in March 2012. From our arrival to our departure, the staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome and help in any way. The hotel is in an old palace that has been converted into a 3 Michelin starred restaurant (not part of the hotel) and the hotel with only...

My husband and i just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely property. We had a very quiet and charming room with a balcony overlooking Santa Croce. This is a small hotel that combines old world charm and updated amenities with style and grace. Outstanding staff and service from the moment you arrive sets this hotel apart from many...
