The location of this hotel is great. About a ten minute walk from both the station and the Duomo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. i thought this "hotel" would be good given the high score but i made the worst ever choice! i checked in at aroun 9pm, the staff hardly spoke any english and wasnt really helpful. the bathroom is so small that everything-- shower, toilet, sink-- contains in a 2m*1m box, even worse than any hostel i stayed before...it was a challenge...
