Rooms are so comfortable, clean, pretty and quiet. Breakfast is great (way better than the standard italian one). Location is perfect. in the old town of Lucca, nearby the shops and old squares. very nice renovated rooms provided with tv, bathroom, shower. Its good value for money if you like a personal toch from Luca rhe owner! He also runs a restaurant next door. Rooms are not to spacious but the atmosfeer is very nice.
