This hotel was listed as a 3 star hotel. Traveling from Los Angeles, USA with very high expectations I was unsatisfied with most of the 4 star hotels in Italy until I reached this hotel! We enjoyed our week at Le Renaie - it's quiet, out of the way, with pleasant staff and decent food. However, the sense we got was of some renovation needing doing - the air conditioning never quite got working properly, and the food, though good, wasn't the gastronomic delight that I think it has been previously.
