spotless, spacious, nice baths, spread out, free on site parking, warm friendly italian welcooming family, not at all touristy, good restaurant in which italians of the locality were having dinner as well, and such a sweet and comptant hostess with perfect english. you must stay here.

We had a very good holiday in this b&b Everybody is doing his best to make it comfortable and Paula speaks very good English. We can confirm all the good things about the food. It was delicious Mama is cooking with her heart and you can taste it.

Mama's cooking is great. We've spent a couple of days in Il Noceto Umbro to discover Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, etc... Great hospitality and above all: an amazing restaurant. Highly recommendable !!!

A family run hotel where they make you feel at home, and part of that family. Paola's charming hospitality, traditional food cooked by her mom, the history of the building, the quite and green location in the middje of the Umbrian countryside, the lovely setting...all these factors far outweigh the excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Il Noceto.
