The hotel is located just off the main piazza near the TI office. Breakfast is included - but not what we North Americans are used to - not good, not bad, just different. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with - spoke excellent English.

We were on a tour, so I am not sure of the cost. The rooms were clean, good views, very friendly staff. They were happy to have you as a guest. Breakfast was good. I do think it is a moderately priced hotel, since it was Rick Steves. I would return.
