Prime location but in definite need of refurbishment and total revamp. Carpet should be removed in corridors and bedrooms and replaced with tiles and/or wood flooring. Beds were like slates and could not sleep on them. Dinners were good but breakfast very limited for different diets. Could be a gem or jewel in Assisi if given a revamp. More

Rooms were nice. Our triple room was a good size. Food at the restaurant was good. Nice location to anything in Assisi. Staff was fiendly and helpful. Spent one night there. Good for a 800 year old hotel. More

Il Castello Hotel was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again! The rooms are a good size and the prices are very good. The food is also really good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. More
