Very disappointed with this hotel for the price. Mercure is undergoing a complete refurb and once that's done (in 2016) I'm sure it will a great option in a prime location, but until then it is very dated and small things that could make a difference, like a modern TV and easy access wifi, are overlooked.

Great location right on the tram line into the middle of the old town. Large rooms, we also had a free upgrade. Didn't have breakfast but the menu looked good. Free travel ticket to travel on the trams for the duration of your stay and also to get to the airport. They also take € which is useful.

I was on a recent business trip and stayed at the hotel for a week. The rooms facing the garden are the best. Good breakfast selection and good service. Close to the trams.

If your room is on the street then it will be difficult to sleep when trams are operating.
If your room is located on the back then it is ok.
Rooms are decent size and bed and pillows are fine.Overall hotel is old fashion and might deserve refreshment. It is clean but slightly outdated, with old 17" standard TV.
