We have been booked an apartment in Basel-the arrangements were made so we were picked up by the landlord at the airport in Basel-Mulhouse and dropped off at the end of stay. I had to use this agency to book a hotel room in Basel for the watch fair. At the last minute they changed our hotel and re-booked us at the airport hotel in Zurich. no explanation given. no-one was available to speak on the phone and their e-mails back got increasingly terse.
