I have stayed at this hotel 3 times on business. This is a great hotel very convenient with free tram travel free bike hire and close to the river. The staff are very helpful nothing is too much trouble. I will stay here next time.

This hotel is so self-consciously cool it should suffer from hypothermia. Very stark, undecorated look for the most part. Restful – nothing to distract the eye. The hotel offers great value in a very nice city. It's only a short (free) tram ride to the city centre. One would expect to pay much more for the contemporary decoration and the overall high standard.

Nice friendly, big clean rooms. Bath, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. Free transport card given by all hotels in Basle Near a main road but rooms very quiet. Free wifi in lobby and by cable in room. Will stay again this week on way home.
