Great location overlooking the lake and within walking distance to the station, beautiful building. Nice marble lobby but quite cold in terms of atmosphere. The Bar is contemporary new design, i hope they will renovate the hotel soon with the same spirit. Rooms are very traditional, large but old fashion and sad decoration. Expensive rate for the value and experience.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so willing to help! The views are gorgeous and our room was fantastic. The breakfast is superb and it is within walking distance of the train station. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Lucerne.

Beautiful, grand hotel in the center of Lucern. Was there for a seminar. Very convenient and comfortable. Room very comfortable and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Beautiful hotel close to almost everything you need including the covered wooden bridge, big rooms, very comfortable beds. I can't praise this hotel to much the view from some of the rooms are wonderful over Lake Luzern to the Swiss Alps.

The only place I will stay at in Lucerne. A view to die for! Warm, friendly and attentive staff who always make my stays relaxed and enjoyable. Ideally located for easy walking distance to most local attractions. Great standard of both food and beverages.
