Nice enough hotel with very friendly staff and excellent restaurant (Bam Bou). Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely poorly lit which makes it nearly impossible to do any sort of reading - or even to work at all - while in the room. Jean Nouvel's creation in Lucerne. Perfect service, lots of small attentions and details, all is made to make your stay a true experience. I can only recommend for a stay in this beautiful city. While laying on the bed, don't forget to look up at the ceiling!
