Went on a Crystal ski package as it provided best deal for HB with single room and easy doorstep access to town and ski lifts. Don't bother coming here. Their service is awful. The front desk are incompetent (couldn't find our booking, didn't have the right reservation details despite booking online, were not helpful when we wanted to check out early, etc). The rooms are clean but very dated. All the furnishings need updating. You can find much better places in Wengen.

Wengen is super expensive if you want to be in the middle of town. This is a no frill Hotel clean small chalet right in the middle of what one would call downtown. The location is superb and the staff was friendly rooms small but ok. Would go again for sure

Very basic 2* Hotel, breakfast pretty bland and would go to one of the nice bakeries in town. Overall this hotel is just very typical of the swiss hotel market. Basic, lacks modernisation and is overpriced. Not surprised a lot of hotels are struggling during the recession here you really dont get what you pay for.
