What a mistake! We booked into this hotel for 2 nights last summer and ended up checking out after only 1 night - it was that bad! We had wanted to stay in Locarno, but had not managed to get in anywhere (it was in the midst of the summer), so were relieved to discover that Casa Sant Agnese still... More
