It is a night and day difference to the previous management and to our former experiences.
Everybody is kind, always smiling, helping, competent and just looking after the guests in the perfect way.

We were lucky that the hotel let us book their last room for only 5 days when the usual is 7. We had done some travelling recently staying in some wonderful hotels, we had no choices the queensize room or nothing. It was peak season.
