Spectacular grand hotel right on the shores of Lake Geneva and surrounded by the magnificent Quai Ouchy. Great service. Fantastic location. Small room but comfortable, facing the water, which I would request as the views were wonderful.

We stayed unfortunately only for one night in this great hotel. We had an Executive room which was large and with style. What is remarkable: Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome! What we could say was not so extraoridnary is the breakfast.
