I stayed in the other part of the hotel, in the building where the pool is located. My bedroom, which was a kind of apartment, was really comfortable. Had a good stay at the Parkhotel. Room was great, although the slide door was broken. Breakfast was good enough to start your work day with and for me it was just a 5 minute walk to the Office. The hotel is close to the only shopping street in Zug and the train station is just a 2 minute walk.

Hotel overall is perfect for a business stay, although typically Swiss in its high prices (24 swiss francs for breakfast buffet). My only complaint is that internet is not included in the price of your stay, for a business hotel, this is simply unacceptable. Why not just charge a slightly higher room price to include it?

I stayed here for business. I would stay again and recommend it to others. Nice and clean and quiet. Close to train station. I prefer this hotel to other option in Zug (City Garden). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited the Hotel in August 2012 as a part of a business trip. The reception staff were very helpful and sorted me out with the correct travel adapter and also with the Wifi problems I experienced.
