Best location , friendly staff ( speacialy Bala ) , been here more than 50 times. They always make small renovation to give a new friendly look. Easily to find. Free wifi and the conference rooms are good for business meeting.

We were received well by the reception & they were nice, friendly people. The room size is great for two pax & the bathroom is good. It is very near the Zurich train station & just a few minutes walk to the town. The rates are acceptable & we choose Walhalla again.

For more demands, It would be much nicer to have a kettle and some coffee and tea complementary with it and also a mini bar or mini fridge. But overall, we are very thankful for details and it is obviously more brilliant than any other 3 star hotels.
