We stayed here after spending one night in a shocking hotel room near the station. The Amrath Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station on a lovely canal close to the centre of town. A good business hotel offering everything you could want and very reasonably priced relative to other hotels in Alkmaar. More

I've stayed at this hotel before a few years ago. Not much changes. Still a CRT TV (Very small nowadays). Still no restaurant. No toiletries in the room.
