Functional, friendly, trendy, handy, chic. Ok, so the room isn't huge (but it's OK in size) the bed is massive and great. CitizenM is very Modern throughout the entire hotel, starting with the Checkin. They have Airport style self check in kiosks that allow you to confirm your room, make payment (Credit Cards only), make room keys, purchase breakfast, etc. The staff was very friendly.
