My first impression at arrival wasnt good because of the lack of internet access. No wifi in the room was a disaster. On the hotel website is mentioned "free wifi" which normally is understood as free wifi in the room, but no - it was free wifi in the lobby and in the rooms you had to pay 12 euro...

Stayed in this hotel November 2011 breakfast was included and good ...location you can catch the tram right outside of the hotel. Great coffee shop next door for a quick bite...The only thing I can say is ask for a room not in the basement....while I was there someone got robbed that stayed in the basement....I asked for a room...

Stayed 5 days with wife. Clean room on second floor. Nice staff, and walking distance to good sightseeing locations. Easy to get to and from centraal station, as tram is just down the block.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location - 10 min walk from the centre. Tiny room at the basement floor we were unlucky to get leaved me extremely unhappy. FREE INTERNET but only in the lobby!
And I would have never rate this hotel as a 3*

Had a good two nights stay here. Very clean rooms, small, but with a private toilet and shower. Had a nice view of the park next door, quiet part of town. They do serve a nice breakfast down in the basement, had all I could eat and then some. Good service, they had messed up our reservations, but fixed everything...
