Room not ready an hour and a half after check-in time, unhelpful receptionist, dark, narrow corridors, double room cramped even for one person, restaurant understaffed and tiny, necessitating queueing for breakfast. On this basis, I would reduce its self-declared four star rating to two and a half maximum, and thus would not consider it worth the premium rates it charges. More
