While the location of this StayOkay is excellent, the hostel itself is average. The rooms were clean, but only one lightbulb in the room worked and there are no individual lamps. This made coming in after dark without waking anyone incredibly difficult as you couldn't see anything. Also, the lockers are not in the room which makes things more complicated.... More

Located on one of Amsterdam's canals. It was a little tricky to find, with only a sign in the window. Rooms, showers and toilets are clean. Located in Central Amsterdam. Good deal for a good price. Tram runs a couple of blocks away, about 1/2 mile from Central Station.

it is well located in my opinion, I would say close to or easy access to many touristic sites. The girls at the recepcion are so nice, it notices they love their job. The place is very confortable, the breakfast is very good, I enjoyed it a lot. The beds are confy and the showers were always clean.

Stayed here with three friends in a 20 person room in early August. Brilliant location (5min walk from train station). Really friendly staff. Huge lounge full of fellow backpackers.
