We were delighted once we found it. Very unassuming from the outside, but very funky and cool inside the reception/restauratn area on the ground floor without being cold or unwelcoming. Hotel was easy to find (tram stops right outside) and very convenient for town, restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free 24 hour tea and coffee was a nice touch.
