The hotel is situated on the square where the main railway station is located. Superb for getting in and out of Amsterdam. It is about a 10minute walk to the main square in Haarlem from this hotel. Receptionists were all very friendly & efficient, room was very well cleaned each day & breakfast was as you would expect.

Since 1992, I come as guest to the Hotel Golden Tulip Lion d'OR, once or twice a year. I have seen regular updates of the rooms as well as the general areas. A great hotel with 1st class customer service. Highly recommended. Room was nice and clean. Could do with some modernising but well looked after. We checked in for a wedding and the hotel arranged an early check in so could get ready for the service.

This lovely little hotel is located by the Haarlem train and bus station. Busses and trains run frequently to the airport and Amsterdam, and there are good connections to other places in the Netherlands. Our room was large, comfortably furnished, and immaculate.
