You’d expect a certain standard from a room classified as Junior Suite. Not in this hotel though! I have stayed in lots of hotels in delft, but this is definately the worst. Breakfast is charged for on the bill regardless. Monies quoted for room rate is rounded up in their favour on the bill. If Luxury room means peeling wallpaper, damp patches, grubby worn out carpets, a dirty coffee machine with no coffee, grey, worn out towels.... More
