The beds are okay and the rooms are clean, but the WiFi is pathetic, the room service food awful and the safes are not safe - they often don't work and when you call reception they send someone to open it - whoever is available comes with the machine and hey presto...not quite what I had in mind! Their decor... More

I booked this hotel because I arrived by train, needed to get rid of my luggage and be at an appointment near the train station, then leave again by train the next morning. It was definitely convenient for ditching the luggage. The decor was highly stylized but I found it gloomy, all dark browns with red lights in the hall... More

Booked on-line and then had to cancel the reservation one hour later. They charged my credit card for the night I didn't stay, even though it was more than 24 hours to check-in. I have stayed at this hotel on other occasions I have been in the Hague on Business. It's a pretentious place that thinks it's much grander than... More

The hotel is next door to the railway station and in walking distance of everything else, so it was a very good choice, in spite of its pretentions. I understand the disappointment of other visitors if they expected a conventional business hotel have any elegance or buzz. It does not. I was also refused early check-in on the grounds that... More

Next to Haag Central station. Short stroll to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely woods across the road for relaxing stroll or pleasant jog. Rooms good, iron & ironing board, flat TV, free Internet access, bed comfy, easy to use safe, fridge. Shower lacks pressure, difficult to control room temperature and no gym. Breakfast was nice but expensive (17.5 Euros per... More

Reason why we stayed in this hotel was of its location, close proximity to the train station. Travelled with 2 adults and 2 young children aged 3 & 6. Upon arrival, checking in was dead slow despite having an online reservations. After check in, non-smoking room was not ready and had to come back after 5 pm. We returned at... More

Pro's; next to the train station; big, clean, comfortable room; good quality and value in the restaurant and bar. Con's; an empty mini bar; no wi-fi in the room; no iron and ironing board in the room; no water pressure in the shower; impossible to use the basin without either banging your head on the shelf that it's under, or... Hotel is adjacent to the central railway station - very easy to reach if coming by train. Our booking was prepaid - so we figured all we need do was just turn up, maybe let reception take a photocopy of a passport and we can then go to the room. Alas no... We had only cash (a mix of pounds,... More

The hotel has great location - next to Den Haag Central train station. It is voncenient to explore the city on foot. Room in the second floor was rather small and nothing special. Breakfast was good. Hotel is OK, but nothing special. It is worth visiting it because of its location. More
