A nice hotel. Rooms OK. Breakfast good but not included. A mix up with the bill but they are trying to sort that.
Gym/fitness only available at a cost which is poor for a hotel of this standard.
Good service.

The room was very modern, the bathroom was large and only contained a shower, which I really like, but might not work for others. The room was large enough and had a new TV, iron and empty mini bar which are all fine for me, but there was no typical towelling dressing gown and the towels were really small.

Upon arrival it turned out that they were renovating the hotel so it was quite a mess and rather noisy at times. I propose to dismiss Mr. Krijn TAAT (Hotel Manager of the Novotel World Forum) for the fraud: he didn't inform us about the repair in this hotel. I paid for executive room, but I'm hearing the repair every minute, but Mr. Taat just went from his workplace. The girl from reception said that she can't help without Mr. Taat, but...

The hotel was a building side!!!! We (neither colleagues nor clients) were told that the hotel is under refurbishment. The way it was handled was non-existing!
Will never stay there again nor ever recommenD

My husband and I had reason to stay here several times in the summer of 2011 as we moved to The Hague (close to his office, firm got a discount). The desk staff are friendly and helpful, but the good things stop there. The bartender was often absent, the restaurant dinner waiter couldn't be bothered about service, the breakfast staff...
