“Small hotel in the center of Mechelen”

The Egmont hotel is a rather old-fashioned hotel. It is located quite close to the center of Mechelen and also close to the Nekkars Exhibition Hall. Chose this hotel as we had a very small budget - little to say other than very average rooms, but the friendly staff made us welcome. More

my first room had a small hall way lead to a bathroom, and then another room with twin beds, a tiny 15" tv, and a view of the street. however, the windows did not keep the street noise out (traffic mostly), so i asked for another room. i was moved into a smaller room with only one twin bed and...
